Council Development Approvals

A Development Application (DA) is a formal application for development approval that requires consent under the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EP&A Act). It is usually made to your local council via the NSW Planning Portal and typically consists of council application forms, a Statement of Environmental Effects, supporting technical reports, architectural plans and a land survey.
